RETURN POLICY

Please email contact@shopletterc.com (Attn: Return in the subject line) to begin the return process.

Customers can exchange item(s) within 7 days of delivery. No Refunds. No Cancellations on orders.

In order to be eligible for an exchange, all tags must be attached. Items can not be worn, washed, or damaged. All items are thoroughly inspected before packaging, any stained items will not be eligible for exchange. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
